Honey Oats PB Powder Mix

My breakfast, half cup of oatmeal in a bowl, then add a spoon full of peanut butter powder [only 50 calories] then add boiled water.

Wait for a min or two to let the oatmeal soften and then the important part: put cold water in the mix to make the hot liquid cool down faster, and then put your honey in. Do not put honey in hot water it kills all the nutrition.
