Supposedly boil a whole banana with the skin, drink the water and eat the boiled banana will help you sleep better.
I slept like normal, woke up with 6hr of sleep and felt I should try again. And, I slept for 4 more hrs. Over all I normally sleep for 6 or 7 hrs a day. But, last night I did 10. So did it work? I’ll have to try again soon.
